Breakfast Quiche

Recipe of the Month – October 2020


Try this amazing quiche and adjust the recipe to fit your taste. Get creative with by adding different combinations of cheeses, vegetables, meats and even fresh herbs!   

To good times with great food,



4 oz Cheddar cheese, cubed
4 oz Swiss cheese, cubed
2 oz Parmesan cheese, grated 
4 Eggs
1.5 Cups Half & Half
.5 tsp grated nutmeg
.25 tsp white pepper
 1 pie crust 

4 oz diced ham
6 oz quartered mushrooms

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 
  2. Prepare pie crust and line 9 inch pie pan.
  3. Sprinkle bottom of crust with half of the Parmesan cheese followed by half of Cheddar and Swiss cheese.
  4. Add in most of the green onion over the cheese and any optional ingredients. 
  5. Top with the remaining cheeses and the rest of the green onion. 
  6. In a bowl, whisk the eggs. Add in the nutmeg and white pepper and whisk again. 
  7. Whisk the Half and Half into the egg mixture. Pour mixture into pie pan.   
  8. Bake in the 350 degree oven for 45-50 minutes or until the top of the quiche is lightly browned. Makes 8 servings.
