Peach Mojito

Recipe of the Month – July 2020


We have enjoyed experimenting with the local South Carolina grown peaches this season. They are perfectly sweet and juicy this time of year. Cool off with this refreshing peach mojito. 

To good times with great food,



1 small, ripe peach, skin removed and sliced
Small handful fresh mint leaves
1 lime, juiced
1 ½ ounces white rum 
1 teaspoon fine sugar
Club soda

  1. In a mixing glass, thoroughly muddle peach slices, mint, lime juice and sugar.
  2. Stir the rum into the muddled mixture.
  3. Fill a collins glass with ice and pour your mixture into the glass. Top it off with club soda.
  4. Mix by pouring the drink back into your mixing glass, then back into your drinking glass again.
