Desserts: Key Lime Pie

1 can Eagle sweetened condensed milk 3 egg yolks 1/2 cup key lime juice (only key lime- do not substitute)

Pre heat oven to 350 degrees Combine three ingedients, mix well and pour into pie crust. Bake for 10 minutes. Allow to cool and garnish with a dollop o freshly made whipped cream (with a splash of vanilla) and top with fresh raspberries or edible flower such as violas.

Ingredients Graham Cracker Pie Crust
8 Graham crackers broken into pieces and processed until fine in food processor 1 tbs sugar 6 tbs unsalted butter, melted.

Combine graham crackers and sugar in medium bowl. Add 5 tablespoons of melted butter and toss with a fork until evenly combined. Brush the bottom and sides of a 9" pie pan with remaining melted butter and empty crumbs into pan. Press to edges and evenly up the sides. Bake at 325 degrees in lower-middle position of oven for about 13 minutes or until beginning to brown and smell good. Cool on wire rack before filling. A prepared graham cracker pie crust from the store is also most acceptable to use. Simply fill and bake
