Chive Bread

Accompaniments: Chive Bread

1 6-½ oz package biscuit mix (use 1 pkg. + 2 tbs if smaller pkg.)
1 egg
¼ tsp salt
¼ cup milk
1 cup sour cream
2 tbs snipped chives

Combine all ingredients, mix well. Spoon lightly into a heavily greased round ring mold or Bundt pan. Bake on bottom shelf of oven at 350° for 30-35 minutes. Invert immediately. Serve warm, can be made ahead and reheated when ready to serve.
